REGISTRATION TO THE COMPETITION. Registrations are free and must be made exclusively through the federal computer system "K factor", within the terms established by the competition program approved by the competent Technical Structure (registration deadline at least 2 days before the competition). Under no circumstances will registrations after the approved deadline be accepted.
