Today, Tuesday 23 November, they opened on the portal  www.dolomiticasport.com  registrations for the Dolomitica Brenta Bike, scheduled for 25 June 2022, which for its 8th edition will be UCI Mtb Marathon Masters World Championship and will assign the world championship jerseys of this discipline, including Pinzolo among the destinations chosen by the UCI to host the cycling appointments and mountain biking world championships next year.

The prestigious award, assigned to Pinzolo, rewards the organizers of the Dolomitica Brenta Bike who, for eight years, have been organizing the Marathon along the spectacular dirt roads of the largest Bikeland in Italy, on the Brenta Dolomites, a World Heritage Site in Trentino. Furthermore, the entry into the UCI calendar confirms the importance of Pinzolo and the tourist destination Madonna di Campiglio as a leader in the organization of sporting events: from the Serie A football retreats to the Alpine Ski World Cup, passing through the Giro

d' Italia, citing the most significant.

The famous resort of Val Rendena was selected and validated through an application process that provides the choice of destinations based on their history in organizing events and reliability. These are qualities that Dolomitica Sport Trentino, the association that organizes sporting events including Dolomitica Brenta Bike, led by Michele Maturi, has demonstrated on the field, edition after edition.

The race course of the UCI Marathon Masters World Championships 2022 winds between the territory of Pinzolo and that of Madonna di Campiglio, for a total of 67 km and an altitude difference of 2400 meters in an extraordinary territory from a naturalistic point of view, the Dolomites of Brenta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but also strongly suited for sport and major national and international sporting events. Those of the Dolomitica 2022 will in fact be three days of sport at the highest level, but also of shows, tastings, nature and wellness.

In Pinzolo, the Organizing Committee and the Apt Campiglio expect athletes from all over the world: it is conceivable that the welcome from those who are notoriously recognized among the excellence of hospitality will be unforgettable. In this regard, “Dolomitica” packages dedicated to athletes and their companions will also be activated, with special prices on their stays, gadgets and many surprises.

Those who do not participate in the Masters World Championship will be able to opt for two other races: the Dolomitica Brenta Bike Marathon (same route as the World Championship) and the Classic, 41 km and 1400 meters in altitude.
